Shipping policy

We deliver across India from our workshop in Chunar, Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh). Clay is heavy and fragile, so every order is packed by hand with cushioning around each piece before it leaves us.

Where we deliver

We deliver to PIN codes across India through our courier partners. When you enter your address at checkout we check that we can reach your PIN code. If we cannot, checkout tells you before you place the order.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is charged on every order. The charge depends on where the parcel is going, and on its weight for heavier orders.
• You see the exact charge in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days. Around Diwali and other festivals, when orders are heavy, it can take a little longer. We will tell you if yours will.
• Delivery: usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.
• Some pieces are sold in sets or minimum quantities, shown on the product page. These ship together as one order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes. If it is not available for your address, or for the value of your order, checkout will say so and offer the other ways to pay.

Tracking your order

We email you when your order is dispatched, if you gave us an email address. You can follow your order's status under My account, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 99246 99513 with your order number.

When your parcel arrives

• Please check the outer box before you accept it. If it is badly crushed, wet or open, note that on the courier's delivery slip or refuse it, and tell us the same day.
• If a piece is broken inside, take photos of the piece and the packing and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy.

If delivery fails

If the courier cannot deliver because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after their attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to arrange delivery again. A second delivery charge may apply.

Bulk and trade orders

Bulk orders are packed and sent by the transporter agreed in your quotation. Freight and timelines are set out in the quotation. See the terms and conditions for bulk orders.
